INVETLAB
INVETLAB is a biotechnology startup company from Serbia, founded in 2015 with the goal of developing and commercializing innovative, so-called precision probiotics. It was established as a spin-off of the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering, University of Belgrade, where its key technologies were developed.
The company focuses on developing specific probiotic cultures that target the gut microbiota and host health, both in the field of veterinary medicine and livestock, as well as in products for humans. Invetlab products, such as HiraVet and HiraPet probiotics, represent an innovative alternative to antibiotics in the prevention and treatment of intestinal infections in animals.
INVETLAB uses a scientifically grounded approach based on precise selection of bacterial strains with proven immunomodulatory and antimicrobial effects. These probiotics contain metabolically active bacteria that exert their effect immediately upon ingestion, contributing to the stabilization of the microbiota and strengthening of immunity.
Through connecting science and industry, INVETLAB develops sustainable and natural solutions that improve the health of animals and humans.
